$2,500 to commence. The final $2,500 is due once your lease is signed and your deposit is paid to the agency.
The service begins with a 30 day search window. If more time is needed, we review progress and agree the next steps and any additional fee together. Client delays pause the window; a substantial change of brief may require a revised fee.
You set the brief, provide your documents and make the decisions. You approve and submit your applications, sign the lease and pay rent and bond directly to the agency. I handle the search, inspections and agent liaison, and guide you through the steps in between.
